Welcome
![]() Greetings in Christ!
I am excited about the things God wants to do in our LWML CNH in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead! I was approached at the National Convention in Lexington, KY and asked to prayerfully consider running for CNH President in 2022. I agreed to pray about it, not certain of what my response would be. I then prayed to God, “if this is something you want me to do, give me a sign.” The business meeting of the convention was beginning, and I went up to my seat in the auditorium. I looked down toward the stage and saw that the woman sitting in front of me was wearing a pair of heart earrings with a purple amethyst inside the heart. The same exact kind earrings my father had given my mother Ruth Callaway when she became CNH District President in the 1980s. I was astonished how quickly God gave me a sign. One so personal that I could not ignore. I agreed to place my name on the ballot. I am honored to be your President. As I begin my term, I am especially grateful for my fellow District Board members. Together with all of you, we will continue to support our Mission Grants, District and National, pray for our mission outreach programs, and work to grow our societies. Remember to “Trust in God’s Timing.” As it is always perfect! Serving the Lord with Gladness, Roxan Schwab Trust in Him at all times, O People: pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.
